5. Press complete order

Orders received on holidays are served on the next working day.

In the event of a defective product found upon receipt, we will replace it immediately without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (+ 30 25510 84914) via email at Sales@symmetry-living.com

The cancellation of the order must be done in less than 8 hours from the time of the order. You can cancel the order by phone or by mail to sales@symmetry-living.com with the email title "Order Cancellation (order number).

In case the order has progressed and you are in the process of transportation, the customer will bear the transportation costs.

Yes. Orders are sent outside Greece and Cyprus to most European countries.

Shipping costs refer to the courier shipping process. Cash on delivery costs apply to the payment of the order on the day it is delivered to you.

Yes if you are in Greece. You can contact us via facebook messenger and place your order from there. If you are in a country other than Greece, you should visit the site.
