Returns Policy

Our products have the guarantee of quality and fidelity of our company. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them within 15 days (Calendar) from the day of receipt.

We believe in proper and good communication with the customer and in the absolute service.

In case you are not happy with our products contact us by phone on 2551084914 or via Mail at and we will replace the products or refund your money in 1 to 4 working days.

The consumer can unpack the products to the extent he needs to check if the product is what he wants.

The products must be returned in their original condition (packaging, tags)

For the return you must use the partner courier company.

*If for any reason you do not use the cooperating courier company, the shipping costs are borne by the customer and in case they are sent at the recipient's expense, the parcel will not be accepted and will be returned by the courier.

We do not accept returns on specific products: special orders in compared dimensions, special orders, bed covers, pillow covers and sleep pillows to protect the consumer public.

Up to 2 order changes are allowed.

In any other case, the cost of returning the shipment shall be borne by the customer.

The refund in case of payment by card will be made to the same card and in case of deposit in a bank or cash on delivery in consultation with the customer for transfer to the bank account that will advise us. In the case of payment by PayPal, the refund will be made to the same email address from which the money was sent.

Procedure for Changing or Returning Products

  2. Sending the courier to your address for receiving the products
  3. Receiving and checking the products
  4. Send the new product or refund the money to your account (excluding cash on delivery and shipping costs calculated in 1-4 working days from the receipt of the products)

Order cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at 2551084914 or electronically at with the order number at your disposal. *Cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours from the time of your order


The products are sent in 1-4 working days (each product with different shipping days) with the cooperating courier and the fee is determined based on the kilograms of your order or by volume in cases of large parcels or carpets. See the tables below:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Vatican City ,Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland.

Deliveries are made with the cooperating couriers during the day from 09:00 to 17:00. Orders received on business days by 12:00pm will be processed the same day.

For orders over €900, a 5% advance payment of the final amount of the order is required.

*If for any reason you do not receive the products from the office of the partner courier as long as they have been shipped within the next 6 days from the day of shipment and you ask us to ship them again, you will be charged for the shipping costs of the 2nd shipment.

*Delays occurring on the country's road network due to bad weather or delays due to the pandemic may present problems on the day of delivery.
